Semi and Fully Automatic Pressure Blast Cabinets

Schlick direct pressure blast cabinets are suitable for: Blast cleaning and surface roughening, e.g. derusting, descaling, effect blasting e.g. graphics or ornament blasting on glass or stone surfaces, deburring, inside blasting of tubes, pocket holes, hollow parts, tanks, hydraulic and gear housings, Shot peening or parts in the aviation, tool and car industries, e.g. gear wheels, springs, etc.

Free Jet Blast Room

Schlick free jet blast rooms with integrated free jet blast system, media recycling, magnetic separator and filter unit. Pneumatic media transport by patented VACUDUCT recovery floor and room size of your choice.

Shot Peening Blast Systems

Schlick shot peening blast systems can be supplied as either semi or fully automatic systems. Blasting can be achieved via vacuum, pressure, turbine wheel and wet pressure type systems.

Vac-Jet Pressure Blast Units

Schlick Vac-Jet pressure blast units with combined blasting/re-suction head. The units are mobile and dust free, thus approved for outdoor operation.
